Expiration before used
I found that the cartridge has an expiration date. Because of the expiration date the printer will not work. Brand new cartridge will not work. So if you purchase back up cartridges, they may not work when you go to use them.
HP does not advertise this or notify you about this until it is too late.
It is cheaper to buy a new copier with cartridges than to replace all 6 ...

Cartridge not full
Ordering and delivery I would rate 5 star. However, the cartridge was not full which was a big disappointment. I feel I should receive another Cyan cartridge that completely full.
Of the 6 cartridges I ordered, 2 were not full. Big, big, problem somewhere.

Althought the HP ink is more expensive, I wouldn't use anything else in my HP printer. It always makes a good copy and dries quickly.

All good; too expensive
If I had known how expensive the cartridges were when I purchased the HP Printer, I would not have purchased it. The ink is just way too expensive for the amount you get. It's good; it's easy to install, etc. Just way too little of it for the money! Sorry!
