Expiration before used
I found that the cartridge has an expiration date. Because of the expiration date the printer will not work. Brand new cartridge will not work. So if you purchase back up cartridges, they may not work when you go to use them.
HP does not advertise this or notify you about this until it is too late.
It is cheaper to buy a new copier with cartridges than to replace all 6 ...

OEM product, works as expected. Price is a problem.
Since you need 6 cartridges for my printer (an older photosmart), the cost is now really problematic. The HP cartridges work well and the page yield is adequate. Gives good quality print production.

Great service
Was very pleased with the speed in which I received my ink package. My printer was out of one color and I had important items to print. Local office supply store no longer carry the individual cartridges. Will order again as needed.

Very good
Bought Ink carcadges for my printer they came in a reasonable amount of time HP has always been the good product. Looks like I will be ordering more carcadges from HP seeing that these are no longer available in stores

Was perfect. Now that you are not carrying the whole color line for my printer other than the big box. I have so many extra colors from the big boxes but run out of one certain colors here and there that I do not have. Your staff went to the computer and ordered what I needed and came to pick it up at the store.
