Expiration before used
I found that the cartridge has an expiration date. Because of the expiration date the printer will not work. Brand new cartridge will not work. So if you purchase back up cartridges, they may not work when you go to use them.
HP does not advertise this or notify you about this until it is too late.
It is cheaper to buy a new copier with cartridges than to replace all 6 ...

Terrific Product
I use my printer every day, and without Hp and their inks, I wouldn't have a quality print job.

Expensive and doesn't last that long
I use my printer on a daily basis for documents and photos. I am disappointed with the cost of the toner cartridges. The printer was almost $200 and I have paid for it OVER and OVER again because of the costly cartridges. Whatever happened to the less expensive printers that require less expensive cartridges. good quality but too expensive
as checked off above, good ink but smears easily until dry but if it gets wet from rain or a spill, smears, fades, etc. Way too expensive for the amount of in in the cartridge especially because we recycle the cartridges.

Overall the product is pretty good. The major complaint I have is that the cartridge life is very short, and I noticed that HP has been distributing cartridges that are not as full as they used to be!
(I have purchased them from HP online, and at several different venues, and that's why I came to that conclusion!)
Shame on you HP!

I would buy this product again .
I use fast print on black only printing (uses less ink)and it works like a lazer printer. I have a HP C7280 printer. I would like to see more ink in the cartridges one or two use it up faster.

HP CYAN INK CARTRIDGE
I USE THE INK TO PRINT PAPER, JUST LIKE ANYONE ELSE. THE PICTURRES AND GRAPHS ARE CRISP, ITS JUST THAT THE FIVE PACK FOR ROUGHLY 70 DOLLARS. SOME QUALITY PRINTERS ARE LESS THAN THAT.
