Expiration before used
I found that the cartridge has an expiration date. Because of the expiration date the printer will not work. Brand new cartridge will not work. So if you purchase back up cartridges, they may not work when you go to use them.
HP does not advertise this or notify you about this until it is too late.
It is cheaper to buy a new copier with cartridges than to replace all 6 ...

problems with ordering on line
I ordered the light blue for the HP 7200, it was the 02 style. I received the magenta or the dark blue color in its place. We went to the store to get the light blue and it wasn’t available. My wife trashed the two cartridges that I had ordered because that wasn’t what we needed. Anyway I’m not to happy with what happened here. The ink is expensive and it was just...

Ink cartridge - not sstisfied
The cartridge is not working very well. I had to clean the print heads several times before I Evan got a little ink to show up in the page. Still will not print photos. I am thinking that the cartridge sat in the shekf fir a long time and the ink inside hardened. What should I do?

To expensive
Product great, little costly and always have to reorder on the internet. Why isn't it carried in the staples store. Some people don't have a computer. There should be some in the stores. I rather shop at the store and then that way I spend more money on other items when I shop. I don't like to order from the computer.

ink = good, 10 lbs of packaging = bad
Super easy ordering, came wicked fast.but the box and all the packaging it came in was enough for an entire printer! i am not one of those militant environment people, but even i was ashamed of how much was there. luckily i was able to re use some of it for other stuff but come on staples. really?

staples recycled magenta
No problem with the hp brands but I wanted you to know thestaples recycled cartridge is not working. I keep getting messagesthat says expired and therefore the printer wont print color
