Expiration before used
I found that the cartridge has an expiration date. Because of the expiration date the printer will not work. Brand new cartridge will not work. So if you purchase back up cartridges, they may not work when you go to use them.
HP does not advertise this or notify you about this until it is too late.
It is cheaper to buy a new copier with cartridges than to replace all 6 ...

I would buy this product always.
Printing picture off my digital camera and one stored on hard drive. Also making signs and cards when we need them.

hp printer
i print photo's from digital chip and seem to go thru a lot of ink fast. i do like the printer as i don't have to turn on the computer in order to print.

Did not realize until store associate described how each cartridge could be filled to a different level thus a different price.

I only use genuine HP cartridges.......
I've tried after market cartridges but they are a waste of money. Only the genuine HP cartridges can give the brilliant colors to your photos!
