Namebrand products fits in my printer and works as it’s supposed to. Unfortunately I do not get the same out of storebrand or offbrand.

Easy purchase.
I went to the local store to buy cartridges for my printer. I was struggling to find them. An associate approached me and offered assistance. He took where they were supposed to be only to find they were out of stock. He immediately went online and ordered for me. I paid for them and they were shipped at no charge in two days. Great service!

ink was fine - canon printer not so much
thank you Staples for a very speedy delivery. However my Canon MP610 printer would not recognize the ink - seems its a long standing problem with Canon printers. I now own an EPSON!!!

it's the wrong product for my printer
service delivery was exceptional but the product does not fit in my canon printer. so i went to canon directly to buy the correct one. i'm returning the ones i bought from you. frustrating.

Replacement pkg was perfect!!!!
I was extremely disappointed when the initial order of two black cartridges came in the mail. One cartridge was busted open and leaked all the ink. Someone deliberately put that broken cartridge in the package to resell. You refunded my money re-ordered and the new package arrived in perfect shape!!!
