Only lasted 2 months??
We decided to purchase this for the first time from Quill. I was very surprised when the printer alarmed me that the maintenance kit needed to be changed. We have had this printer for several years and the kits always last at least six months. This one lasted only 2. I will try one more but switch back to the original supplier if it happens again. Maybe we just got a ba...

Money Out Does Not Work
The machine says I need a new one and a new one is already in the machine. Jams and is a terrible situation.

I would buy this product again
This is a great product. It isn't as long lasting as the extended use version (duh) but it lasts for several months in a busy office building.
