Black marks
I think it must be my printer but after I put the toner cartridge in the printer it is making two dark black stripes on the back of every copy.

Not recognize as an HP toner
I paid top price for the genuine thing from HP but my printer does not recognize them as genuine HP toner. I am not happy about this.

I have the task of ordering office supplies for 8 offices. When ordering toner cartridges, that duty is made much easier because there is no guess work involved. Easiest cartridge to work with
We have a HP color laser printer, one of the older 4700 models. It's a great printer, but we still need to purchase these big cartridges from time to time. With 4 of them -CMYK- it's one of the tasks that we don't mind undertaking.
