Black marks
I think it must be my printer but after I put the toner cartridge in the printer it is making two dark black stripes on the back of every copy.

Not recognize as an HP toner
I paid top price for the genuine thing from HP but my printer does not recognize them as genuine HP toner. I am not happy about this.

HP there is no other
I have been purchasing this product for a few years and there has been instances that I been wanting to save and go with the generic brand but I feel that these cartridges are longer lasting and if I used something else other than the brand then I would see problems with the equipment but and or the quality of the documents we print. I just feel that the item is pricely...
