Black marks
I think it must be my printer but after I put the toner cartridge in the printer it is making two dark black stripes on the back of every copy.

Not recognize as an HP toner
I paid top price for the genuine thing from HP but my printer does not recognize them as genuine HP toner. I am not happy about this.

Short-lived and expensive
Our HP 4700n is a solid, reliable network printer and its performance has been exemplary. These cartridges are very expensive, however, and do not seem to last all that long.
