Not for 3-hole punch
The heads of these fasteners go right through a 3-hole punch. It doesn't state this on the description of how big the "head" of fasteners are so I returned after I purchased.

Fasteners
The fasteners were just what I needed. They weren't available in-store but was able to order them and they arrived just in time. They actually arrived the day before I needed them. Timing is everything!

JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR
THE PERSON THAT HELPED IN THE STORE WAS GREAT HE NEW WHAT I WAS TRYING TO FIND AND THOUGH IT WASN'T IN THE STORE HE TOOK THE TIME TO LOOK IT UP AND ORDERED IT FOR ME. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Just what I wanted and super-fast shipping.
I needed some big honking brads for my daughter's project and we were able to get them fast and at a great price. Even got a bonus box. Couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience. Staples will be my first stop when looking for office supplies online.

Decent brads for basic use
They're pretty simple and standard brads. We use them for binding scripts for clients who don't realize we live in the 21st century and they could simply read on a tablet or computer.

The brads are pretty good for fastening things. Not overly strong but they get the job done. We use for scripts for clients who still need things printed for them and can't read things on tablets or computers.

Flimsy
You might get away with using the smaller brads on thin reports but to hold a 2-4" transcript together is questionable.
