Lead not dark enough for me.
This set of mechanicals pencils lead is not as dark as I need it to be. I am returning to the store. I am disappointed.

Excellent!
These last forever (if I don't lose one) and the .7 lead doesn't break. I simply refill the lead and erasers. I only use pens when I have to now because I like these so much.

Papermate .7 mechanical pencils
The picture of the pens on the screen was blue and I and the Staples salesman read closely and nothing stated you could receive "variegated colors." So we (salesman and I) thought the pencils would be blue which is great since I have boys who like blue. There was not a blue pencil in the lot and I took returned them all. Very disappointing.

Mechanical Pencil with finger grip
Great pencil! Lead doesn't break when used smooth writing and the grip is very comfortable.

mechanical pencil
Love the 0.7mm lead does not break as easily. The side lead advance is convenient without having to click the top of the pencil. The twist off eraser is great but I always place a slip on eraser over that one. Love the clear body and colors.These are the ONLY mechanical pencils I buy to use at work and home

Nice looking mechanical pencil
Nicely designed bought on sale so it was an even better value. The long eraser and replacement erasers are a plus too. Maybe the one reviewer that gave it a thumbs down got a bad one. My daughter says she is having no issues with the pencil.

Good Design
Three features make this a very nice mechanical pencil: 1) the way the lead is advanced with a button on the side which is much more convenient 2) a longer eraser that can be progressively extended to just the right length and 3) a good rubber enhanced grip.
