Lead not dark enough for me.
This set of mechanicals pencils lead is not as dark as I need it to be. I am returning to the store. I am disappointed.

Horrible
The eraser part on both will not stay in place. The barrel's ridges are like torture devices. I have putchased these before and they have changed the design and/or quality of this product.

Best pencils
These are my favorite pencils. The perfect lead and the clicker is on the barrel. They also have a nice cushion.

Hi. Thanks for sharing your review with Paper Mate, and happy to provide instructions on how to refill Clearpoint Mechanical Pencil. To refill the lead, unscrew the top of the barrel (colored part of the pencil) and insert the new lead. Screw the top portion of the barrel back. Click the pencil a few times to advance the lead. Best Mechanical Pencils
Erasers are very handy - scroll up when needed. The button to click the pencil lead down is on the side of the pencil rather that at the eraser. This keeps your eraser cleaner.
