Flawed
The ink is extremely uneven across the pad unusable. Now I need to buy some ink. Can staples provide it to me free?

Dimensions are on outer casing NOT inner pad
The actual stamp pad dimensions are 2 3/4" X 5 3/4". Does NOT work for a 3" X 3" stamp. Very disappointed that the outer dimensions are what is used to advertise it. The product might be great if I could actually USE it!
