great product
this is great. go online, order and it comes one to two days. open, replace toner and ready to print. price is better and product seems fresher than buying in a store. i hope online purchasing from hp continues for a long time.....

Very disappointed
These cartridges boast of 3000 pages of print EACH, but lately they are printing less and less with each replacment. In fact, on our last print batch, we averaged LESS than a ream of paper (500 sheets) and had to replace ALL FOUR of the cartridges. Not what I expect from HP.

This is a quality toner product
My business uses this product for basic everyday use as well as brochures, signs, spreadsheets and more. They always come out with quality, I just wish for the cost of the cartridge that it would at least last longer. Dishing out the cost for a toner is tough especially when 3 or all 4 need to be replaced at the same time. I tend to start looking at what else is out the...

Bold, Beautiful Color
I use the product mainly to print out color photos. The end result is a sharp, accurate photograph. The main con is the cost of the cartridge.

Toner Level Error in HP Color 3600n
The toner level indicator on my HP Color LaserJet 3600n printer occasionally does not reset when I replace a depleted HP toner cartridge with a new HP toner cartridge.
Since the printer simply stops working when it believes that one of the toner cartridges is empty, that error results in my needlessly having to replace a $100+ cartridge.
