Excellent product; easy to install
I got great advice and help with the customer service agent I spoke to. The toner cartridge (for an older printer that still works well) arrived quickly via FedEx. It was easy to install and is working beautifully. No problems. No complaints.

Satisfactory but not great!
It works very well in the specific HP Lazar Jet Printer. However, the product does not print copies properly / fully / satisfactorily when the usage indicator shows that the cartridge’s usage is at 80%. There is a loss of about 20% of what you have paid for - disappointing!

My HP Color LazerJet Printer circa 2003 works GREAT and this toner as well as the other colors work great with it!
