My printer is over six years old and still kicking. Thanks to Staples for continuing to carry the ink needed for my older model printer.

Easy purchase.
I went to the local store to buy cartridges for my printer. I was struggling to find them. An associate approached me and offered assistance. He took where they were supposed to be only to find they were out of stock. He immediately went online and ordered for me. I paid for them and they were shipped at no charge in two days. Great service!

ink was fine - canon printer not so much
thank you Staples for a very speedy delivery.
However my Canon MP610 printer would not recognize the ink - seems its a long standing problem with Canon printers. I now own an EPSON!!!

Works as expected and shipped on time.
Standard yield cartridges work as expected, with the exception of the black cartridge, which prints in a bluish tone rather than pure black.

too much packaging
Product is what I expected. But, packing a little 2-1/4" X 4" X 4-1/2" box in a 4" X 14" X 9-1/2" large box is extreme over-packaging. And each little ink box came in its big separate box. Very discouraging.

I needed to have these for a replacement for my Canon PIXMA PRO 2000 color printer. I hope these will not be discontinued. It is a fantastic color printer and makes up-to 14 X 22 color prints.
