Great Timer for Kids!
With the Learning Resources Time Tracker Mini I can easily set the timer in five minute increments up to two hours, and push start. It is not at all complicated to use, just turn the Green dial to the time limit and push Start. You can even turn the yellow dial to a warning time which is great since kids sometimes can get lost in activities.

Failed after 11 months of light use
I wish you could start the timer just by pressing the Start Button. Instead you have to turn the volume dial to the off position and then turn the volume dial back on and then press the Start button. The timer worked in this manner until 11 months after receipt. The red light comes on when the volume dial is turned on but the start button does not work anymore. Unaccept...

Good but beware of flashing Amber light
I bough this to help me (and my class) with time bound tasks in lessons. All works well but the box instructions did not mention that the amber countdown light flashes ! Hence I am going to have limited uses due to some pupils with Specific Learning requirements - no way they could tolerate a flashing light in class. Wish I had known before purchase

Easy to use, once you figure it out.
Not very intuitive unless you know what you're doing. Still a great product, just takes some explaining for people to understand since "minutes" and "warning signal" aren't labeled

Please make a time tracker "short"
The concept is great, but I feel you could make a Time Tracker Short that would better meet the needs of a lot of parents. Please consider making a 25-30 min timer that functions in 1 minute increments. Also please consider changing how the product starts by allowing the timer to be reset simply by pressing the start button after the light goes out. As is I have to turn...

Great for Timely and Productive Meetings

POC do not buy
Wow I don't think I ever bought a product that stopped working after the first use. Put in the batteries set the timer to 10 and 5 green light went on then yellow then a horrible screeching sound and POP. Now it does nothing...no sounds no lights... changed batteries let it sit for a day to see if it would reset. Incredibly disappointed and either the company should fil...

Works perfectly to my kids.
I love the idea about warning alarm to let my kids to know the time is almos done, they has autism and are more visual learners so this timer works better for them, i was a little confuse about the set up first, but easy now.

Not useful as currently designed
The concept is good: A visual timer with a yellow warning light/buzzer and a red final timer light. But unless I am totally missing something about its operation, you can't see how much time has elapsed. It is a black box. This item is poorly made and doesn't work at all. It is ten minutes off! The 5 minute warning goes off, but the red light never comes on after the 5 minutes. Nice easy to use unit - but needs tweaks
My son uses the Mini for homework tasks and also to time showers. The 5 minute increments seem too large for many uses, however, since many of the tasks we use the unit for is at most 15 minutes.

great tool!
This timer really is as simple to set up as they say. I'm going to use it this year to get my kids (and me!) out the door on time. My oldest and I both have ADHD, so time management has always been a challenge. And, who knows what other uses we'll find for it: homework, reading time, video games, etc.
