Scam
Extremely dissatisfied. Staples does not let you know that there are larger ink quantity cartridges available providing better cost effectiveness since they don't stock them. I will never buy these again from Staples.

This is only my second replacement toner (for a Lexmark C530dn color laser printer) in over two years. It came with a 1 500 page yield (estimate) toner and all printing quality has been excellent. Good quality toner
I use this toner in a color laser printer that is used by two people and it gets a lot of use (especially when a lot of reports need to be printed for auditors annually).

This cartridge doesn't last very long
The cartridge doesn't last as long as claimed. When you buy this machine you agree to recycle the cartridges. They just refill them and charge the next person $100.00 +. I think it's a ripoff! The machine was very expensive shouldn't cost so much to maintain. Also it doesn't go from regular paper to photo paper very easily. I didn't realize all this when I purchased ...

Already has a black toner low message
A return program toner cartridge. This cartridge is for our main printer in our small business. Normally it seems to last about a month however we are getting a black toner cartridge low message even though it has only been about 3 weeks and there has been no increase in our printing volume. I don't know who re-fills this cartridge if it is Lexmark Staples or someone...

inaccurate page output
I purchased this printer specifically because of cost in dollars on to the environment. I didn't think the first cartridge really gave anywhere near the output Lexmark says it can give.
