You advertise a removable washable cover. You need to do more work on the zipper. I spent almost an hour and could not remove the cover. The opening isn't big enough to get the pillow part out. Functional for the Price
The support itself works as you would expect; as some others noted the only challenge is keeping it in place as it does slide down the back of the chair. Otherwise it works as expected and is comfortable.

Back Support meets my needs
The back support has improved my posture while sitting. It would be nice if it had a velcro backing or other way to secure it to the chair to keep it in place. I have to adjust it whenever I move. That is my one recommendation for improvement.

Highly recommend- makes a big difference!
This is firm and has good coverage not a soft fluid pillow or a bulky lumbar pillow. It provides great back support but I hardly know it's there it feels like part of the chair.

Strap is not adjustable and far too short
Strap is not adjustable and far too short for a large chair. Going to have to modify it to work properly. Wouldn't buy it again based on this.
