I was very unhappy when I ran out of ink . I went to the store and purchased. The brother L C-black ink cartridge and inserted it in the printer. The quality of printing was great.

Ink when there is no ink
I had to look for ink for a newer printer and could not find it anywhere, so in desperation, I pulled out my olf brother printer and as always it pulled through for me, I was able to get ink and print.
