Labeling is misleading, thinking that all cartridges were XL
Labeling is misleading, thinking that all cartridges were XL, didn’t even look at the small print to tell you that ONLY the black was XL, and rest were the small, or regular size,.

Misleading Label???
It first appeared to me to be all XL versions of the colors. However, on closer examination after purchasing this, only the 250 cartridge is XL, the rest, regular fills. Very confusing label. There is a genuine Canon set that all are XL and this is what I thought I purchased. Otherwise, Canon makes the best replacement ink and I stick with it even though it cost sometim...

Damage box
This is the first time I’ve received a damaged box and the item is packaged with paper inside of the box, the inks are not attached properly, look like they are refurbish. They are too expensive to be sold in this type of condition, very disappointed and it was delivered late.

Oops.
I ordered the wrong size but didn’t realize it until it wouldn’t fit. So I had to order one step up to 270/271s so this in purchase cost me almost $200 and I couldn’t afford the ink at $89.
