Double the actual cost!
I did not read the other reviewer. I was close on employees so thought I would get more cards. However you also have to purchase an upgrade from Pyramid for another $50. I feel like they are just nickel and diming me. I would have purchased another system if I would have known this. I am returning these cards this weekend since I don't "need" or need to waste [$].

Easy to use
Very easy to use, easy to set up and works well. I've been using the older version for several years and this is just as easy as the older version. I only needed to have tech support help me with figuring out how to transfer the old data to the new program.

These time cards have hidden costs.
You can't just purchase these and use them -- you have to call TimeTrax and pay an extra $50 registration fee. Be sure to call during regular eastern standard time business hours, because you can't do it online either.
This is not currently in any information provided with the time clock or additional cards, so it was pretty inconvenient.
