I love the refillable ink. I love my Staples they are the kindest staff that I have known working at Staples. I could easily go elsewhere but I always choose Staples because they are kind and caring. The manager always greets me with a smile a hello.

poor construction
the quality of the pen was not very good i already had to replace one of my pens due to the workmanship and construction of the pen. I would not purchase this item again for my company.

Good price and Great Value
We were having challenges of constantly having to replace community pens. Now have had it for 2 months and that problem is solved. The writing quality is very good; no skipping. Already purchased more.

Anchor pen refill
We use these pens at our place of business and they work great. It's nice not to fumble for a pen or have the customer accidentally take our pen.
