TRU RED™ HP 97 (C9363WN) Tricolor Remanufactured Standard Yield Ink Cartridge
I guess cartridge already ran out of ink, at least that what printer indicates, with little usage. First time using this product and will not recommend based on this experience, waste of funds.

It is Worthless
It is not what the printer needs and does not fit. its about 1/4" longer than the real HP ink. I need it to be returned!

Ordered two black #96 cartridges; however, one cartridge stopped working soon after installing. I’m totally disappointed with the quality of that cartridge.

Works but for how long?
Installed black cartridge ONLY and it works right out of the box. Printer did not complain it wasn't genuine. The printer only shows it at 10% full.

HP replacement cartridges
I love my HP printer, but HP stopped making the print cartridges. The 3rd party cartridges I previously found only did an average job. The Tru Red brand from Staples has been much better. Now I need see how long it will last. Stay tuned.
