disappointed
The company changed the certificate cover making is flimsy in its desire to adjust it to accommodate multiple sizes. It is no no longer as protective of its contents but also not as impressive of a presentation.

Ugly
These are horribly ugly. They are not burgundy, they are straight-up pink. Supposed to be used for a high school football team's certificates. So ugly!
