Print head fine / harness not so much
We changed heads and it was easy enough but the harness that held it was problematic. After engaging HP for an inordinate amount of money, the harness was replaced and the printer works fine.

Not the right size
No the right size as claime don website I have a professional photo pro for photo and scrapbooking business and the inks says HP 38. But they say it’s replacemnt is 70 not it nothing like the current individual inks well I have now it a dual ink they say it’s the only inks I ought over 225 for the inks I needed for this machine they won’t trade them in or refund says it...
