mk red printhead
I have been told that this printhead product will be discontinued in a month which basically makes my very expensive (albeit old) 44” printer a boat anchor… thanks HP

Print head fine / harness not so much
We changed heads and it was easy enough but the harness that held it was problematic. After engaging HP for an inordinate amount of money, the harness was replaced and the printer works fine.

Fixed it all!
Something was wrong with my yellow and all the colors were coming out wrong. Installed this and problem instantly fixed!

needs to be replaced often
For some reason I need to replace this printhead more than twice as often as the other printheads

HP print the world...
I bought cartridge and printhead for my HPZ3100....package always on time. Quality is perfect. I need to buy some more cartridge I will do it on HP store on line. Only small problem, the price of cartridges is high.

Printer Not Working
Error message on front panel of Z3200 said to replace the MK-R print head. I've done so THREE times, and continue to get the same message. Now an HP tech has installed a new carriage board, determined that the new board is faulty, and has ordered another one. I've been unable to print for 18 days.

Problem solved quickly
There was problem with printer color..called customer service for advice..I need a new printhead..ordered it..got it fast..problem solved..I am back in business again!
