Completely Dissatisfied
Not only has it been more than 1 week to simply replace a PC power supply, but your system could not provide the replacement power supply so I had to purchase one from Amazon. I then contacted Asurion for reimbursement as part of my service plan coverage. I was told they do not reimburse for parts. Rather, I would need to send them the PC for review/repair. Your personn...

Great tech help!
Recently the computer I had been using for over 12 years stopped working properly, & was just too old to be repaired. It was necessary to remove the hard drive so the stored data could be transferred to a newer PC, & the Staples techs were able to successfully remove the hard drive for me in very little time. Thank you for your expertise!

Lenovo Battery Installation
I've been having trouble with my Lenovo Yoga and when I asked one of the sales persons if they thought I needed a new computer, she said it might just need a new battery. I purchased the battery and Staples installed it in a day. One small problem was handled calmly and professionally. I left very happy with the service - and my computer.

My HP laptop needed a new battery (after 5 years), so I went back to where I had purchased it...STAPLES !
They looked at the computer, ordered the proper battery, and three days later I returned my computer and MIKE installed the new battery while I waited, in less than 30 minutes.
Very satisfied and I was never without the use of the computer .

The replacement was performed over night which included the removal of the failed drive, recovery of the data contained on it, installation of a new SSD, re-installing data on the drive. David is wonderful! My laptop is working very well. Now 8gb. He got rid of noise coming out of laptop and mic issue.

Computer Problems
Ben and Dylan did a fantastic job for me: my computer needed a new hard drive and battery at a busy work time; they transferred my data to new drive then put it in and it took only about 3 hours!! They ordered my new battery, had it the next day and had it installed in a few minutes. Staples has these outstanding tech guys and I can recommend them highly!!
