I had difficulty removing old chips. The stores techs fixed problem for me and check OS, etc.

Completely Dissatisfied
Not only has it been more than 1 week to simply replace a PC power supply, but your system could not provide the replacement power supply so I had to purchase one from Amazon. I then contacted Asurion for reimbursement as part of my service plan coverage. I was told they do not reimburse for parts. Rather, I would need to send them the PC for review/repair. Your personn...

Excellent job
I love the new drive. My computer returned with me with just the functions I wanted. The guys at staples kept me up to date at all time. When was returned to me they let me try it out and check how it worked.

Laptop Keyboard Replacement
After a small coffee spill caused some of my keyboard keys to go dead, I took my laptop back to the big box store where I bought it. They said they would need to send it out for evaluation, and I would have to pay for the evaluation plus repair costs—probably a few hundred dollars and not worth it, so better to buy a new one. Everything was fine your tech. Came out to my Apartment Friday morning on his own time to fix the problem everything is working just fine now and your Tech his name was DAVID ROBINSON or ROBERTSON AND HE told me just call him if I have any more problems

Very professional service
David, the friendly, helpful technician at Staples replaced the battery in my Chromebook and it was done in one day! New battery worked perfectly. Very pleased with Staples customer service, always. Have been a long time customer, never disappointed in merchandise or staff help.

RAM installation was completed successfully, but would had preferred that Staples be responsible to get the right components. Staples recommended the components but require the customer to purchase the components.

Internal Component Installment
A part needed to be ordered to repair my computer, so I left it at the store, you ordered the part and had it shipped to the store. I received an email stating the componement had been delivered to the store on 10/24/18 so I went to the store on 10/28/18 to see if it had been installed into my computer yet.
