Completely Dissatisfied
Not only has it been more than 1 week to simply replace a PC power supply, but your system could not provide the replacement power supply so I had to purchase one from Amazon. I then contacted Asurion for reimbursement as part of my service plan coverage. I was told they do not reimburse for parts. Rather, I would need to send them the PC for review/repair. Your personn...

Poor Customer Service, Slow Install
I took my computer in to get a new hard drive installed and was told it might take 1-3 days. In the end, it took 8 days. Apparently they only had one computer tech on staff and he was scheduled every other day. The computer was only completed as quickly as it was due to pressure from me.
I was only refunded $40 for the install but still was on the hook for $80 som...

Explained by issue to the very capable technician and she was very helpful and set me in the way to solving the problem. Love the friendliness and competence of the Staples staff.

Installation of a new logicboard in laptop by Darrel at Store #256

Fast!
i dropped off my computer and SSD drive for installation and was told it might be a few hours - 30 minutes later i received a call that it was ready to pick-up! Fast service and it is working perfectly!

Great Service
Had an issue where my old laptop would not turn on. Instead of charging me a fortune to fix it or transfer my data, the tech saw that my new laptop was the same model. He took the old hard drive out and installed it in my newer laptop. Saved me about $200! Thank Guys!

Great employees but
the employees are great but unfortunately they were unable to install a fan on my laptop to keep it from overheating and I had to go elsewhere to have it done.

A COVID-19 Pass
The laptop was brought in to have the hard drive replaced, as well as the optical reader (CD disc drive). Four weeks later I picked it up and was also told Staples doesn't replace optical readers. What a long strange trip it has been.
