Not Happy
Only got 2850 pages from 51A. Staples was hesitant on giving me credit for it. Then give me $55.00 off new 51X. Not happy.

Great help at checkout
The item wasn't in stock at the store but the cashier was still able to apply the HP 15% coupon on an order shipped with no shipping cost to our home. It needed to be coupled with another in store toner purchase to make the $200 total purchase requirement.

Best Quality
These cartridges work very well. I stick with HP brand, because I have found that third party products, while cheaper, are often inferior in print quality. This is really a case of you get what you pay for, in my opinion. I have a high volume printing business and can't afford to be down in the printing department. The printer tells you that the toner is low when it actually is not. It's a ploy to get you to buy cartridges sooner than needed.
