When I put the cartridge to my printer (P2015dn) print out all text color is dark gray not black?

Ridiculously expensive, low yield.
Sorry, the cost per page with these toner cartridges is just ridiculous. "Buy the printer for cheap and then the supplies will eat you alive". Same way they sell razor blades. Sorry, it just pisses me off.

Sometimes I can buy on line.....
and sometimes I can't. Last week when I bought this I had to hunt all over for a Staples that had it in stock. It was not available on line. Today, I see where it can ordered on line. I don't understand. That being said, I believe it is a good toner--gets the job done, but wish in was less expensive!

It is, after all, a standard toner cartridge for a printer that has worked well for many years. It continues to work fine on the new cartridge.

Print companies know where their income comes from but for our volume this is a long lasting well built cartridge.

Great Product

The HP 53A toner cartridge is something is something I have used for over 12 years. The biggest problem is how it has sky rocketed in price! I think when I first started buying it, it was $49.? And now...and it doesn't seem to last a very long time..
BUT the service Quill provided, I was very happy! Couldn't believe I got it the day after ordering it! That was awesom...
