When I put the cartridge to my printer (P2015dn) print out all text color is dark gray not black?

Ridiculously expensive, low yield.
Sorry, the cost per page with these toner cartridges is just ridiculous. "Buy the printer for cheap and then the supplies will eat you alive". Same way they sell razor blades. Sorry, it just pisses me off.

Like that recycling is made easy
We go through a lot of toner at our firm. When we place an order, it is there the next day and I love the convenience and how easy it is to recycle the used toner cartridges.

I love my workhorse black and white laser jet. When it is time for new toner, it frequently isn't in stock. But when I order it from the store, it is delivered to my door for free in just a few days. The toner itself works great and I usually get about 11 months out of a cartridge. It is worth it.

Laser toner
Toner choices have always been extensive, yet simple and easy at Staples. While in the past I usually purchesed the higher capacity toner cartridge, I no longer have the large, heavy use of prior clients, and the basic cartridge is quite adequate. It is good to have that choice available, and the reasonable price makes it worthwhile.
