It is true you get what you pay for
Replacement of original toner with original cartridge is not always the less expensive route but the headaches you don’t have to deal with are worth the money mentally!!!!

grossly over-priced!!!!!
product is grossly over-priced... total cost with tax was in excess of $100 for 2000 copies; more than .05/copy.. i won't make the mistake of shopping at staples again.. in the future i will buy online from an internet supplier like [@].

i will never buy canon printer ever again wish staple would lower their online prices only and bring price match online too guest what they refuse to do so smh

A Good Experience
Cartridges for the old ImageCLASS printer aren't always easy to find, but I can count on Staples to have them. This product is easy to install. I would recommend the 104 cartridge to anyone who has a Canon ImageCLASS printer.

Works well but too pricey
The product is not worth the price but it appears to be the only game in town, which explains the price gouging. The delivery service from Staples was great - quick ( 3 days including a weekend), early delivery, immediate notification when delivered. I want to thank the store associate who helped me place the order¡

defective
Took the cartridge out of the box and it only printed down half the page. Found the flap loose on one side. Put in the old cartridge and it was ok.
