A Good Experience
Cartridges for the old ImageCLASS printer aren't always easy to find but I can count on Staples to have them. This product is easy to install. I would recommend the 104 cartridge to anyone who has a Canon ImageCLASS printer.

Works well but too pricey
The product is not worth the price but it appears to be the only game in town which explains the price gouging. The delivery service from Staples was great - quick ( 3 days including a weekend) early delivery immediate notification when delivered. I want to thank the store associate who helped me place the order¡

defective
Took the cartridge out of the box and it only printed down half the page. Found the flap loose on one side. Put in the old cartridge and it was ok.
