Too early to rate this product. We have bought other similar items over the past several years, and they all eventually crack and become unusable over time. The folding feature is good and bad - it makes it a lot easier to carry, folding the spikes inward, but the crease where it folds is a little difficult to get to lay flat. I'll know better in about four or five year...

The vinyl mat was developing dips from the wheels of the desk chair. The mat was placed on low-pile carpeting. I returned this mat and decided to go with polycarbonate, which is supposed to be stronger.

Overpriced
We bought this to replace one, that we bought 5 years ago, that just fell apart.

VERY THIN -- DENTS BADLY
This was a disappointment since it is extremely thin quality chair mat. The wheels on my office chair dent this low quality chair mat very badly.

Barley made it 4 months
Chair mat being used on berber carpet. It is a very soft material. Started cracking down the middle around 4 months. Its 75% cracked through now.
It's not the chair mat of old, that lasted 15 yrs.
