not for 3" tape
This style is actually a 2" specific design. The cutting teeth are not wide enough for 3" tape despite the product description.

works ok
It dispenses and tears fine. The end of the tape flops over and doesn't stay up against the the serrated edge the way I expected it to. No complaints just no accolades.

Tartan Pistol Grip tape gun
The tape keeps sticking to the roller wheel. No big deal because most of them do that but I "got" myself with the cutting edge twice.

commercial packaging tape dispenser
Product is sturdy and works well but instructions were not very detailed and it took some experimenting to figure out the best way to prevent the tape from coming back to the roll of tape.

BEST tape dispenser EVER!
The Tartan Pistol Grip Tape Dispenser for packaging has tension control and is smooth and easy to use. Gone is the struggle to get the tape applied without balling up and messing up the tape. It is hard to believe it has taken me forever to find a dispenser that works and I have tried for years!

Not useable. Had to return. Tape sticks to metal guide.
Just like all the other reviews complain about the tape sticks to metal guide. The item is not useable at all I had to return it.
