miss the old version
Staples used to offer a Staples-brand high-quality notebook that was much nicer than this. These have too much busy-ness on the pages it's a slightly lower-quality paper and the black and red combination is a bit obnoxious. Hope they'll bring back the old version.

Black n' Red notebook
Although a bit pricey for the number of pages it has I really love this Black n Red notebook for its very strong binder and weight of pages. As a day trader I have to keep a daily journal and was tired of buying cheap notebooks that fell apart.

Def worth the money…
Originally bought because it was one of only a few wide-ruled notebooks available. Got the hardcover - durable sturdy thick paper so ink doesn’t bleed through. Black/red color combo looks sharp yet professional.

Excellent product
I have been getting these notebooks for almost 8 years. The quality is excelent not only on the cover but the paper sheets. Love the little quotes.

Expensive but worth it.
I buy these notebooks because the front and back cover are ridged enough to allow you to write without using a desk or flat surface.

Black and Red
It is not a bad book but I like narrow rule and I would like a place to put a page number. Whatever happened to you M Staples journal books?. They were good. Why do companies always have to take a good product change it or substitute something else for it?

Professional notebook
The notebook was ordered for the CEO of my company who had used these before. It's extremely well-made with a hard cover and contains 24lb ruled bright white paper. And BONUS....the page corners are tagged for SCRIBZEE. The free app scans and saves your notebook pages to your smartphone.

Image needs update
The book image of the pages needs updating it is not same has shown. Mine came with four BLACK squares on each corner for each page. It seems they are there for SCRIBZEE app. Which I didn't want.

I love these notebooks. The paper is top quality and my handwriting even seems better on those pages than on other notebooks I have. I love that the cover is hard not flexible.

Great value for the price
Sturdy cover Heavyweight paper prevents page curling and ink bleed through Paper perforations for tear-out if needed Ring binding is sturdy but pages turn easily

Great notebooks!
I like these because they are strong properly ruled and you can tear out the sheet if needed. The cover is super durable and protects the insides.

Black and Red Professional Notebook
Bought this for my husband who won't use another brand. The covers are heavy which helps when he is taking notes on his project inspection job.

Excellent book
Thus Is a sturdy well made with pages that are heavy weight paper and nicely lined. (Bigger than college lined but not too big). I needed a notebook with 60 pages for a one time use that I would later reference on occasion. Excellent.

Amazing Product
This is the best notebook I have owned. The cover is sturdy and makes it easy to use standing up if need be but the real hero is the paper. It is super sturdy and thick so my Pilot Metropolitan fountain pen writes seamlessly with no bleed on the paper.
