Not enough pages printed
I agree wholeheartedly with the other review of this product. I have been printing a lot of material for a book I'm writing and have not been able to get more than 125 clear pages from a single cartridge, even when using the draft mode. DRY/OLD
Only had this cartridge for a month or so and went to print my labels for holiday cards the other day. Many came out with the 3rd line (city, state, zip) partly faded and I had to use a pen to gently fill in. I removed the cartridge and gave it a shake and reinserted it. Next page came out no better. Very disappointed in this purchase.
Installed 6/24/24 when I first recieved the cartridge and did the usual printed page at first. Every thing appeared to work well then. Now, on 10/15/24, the printer is not printing or copying. Tried to clean the cartridges which was no help.

Thanks for selling ink for older printers.
I have an older printer which I really like and works great. I have a hard time finding ink for it. I am glad to be able to purchase the ink from HP.

HP deserves an award, except…
The HP original ink and the printer have never failed to perform faultlessly. The printer was purchased in 2006, has always used HP ink, and the print quality is still like new. Great product. Only complaint is that HP seems to be phasing out the ink, difficult to find, and no longer supplying the larger cartridges.

Defective product
Installed new cartridge the day after received, expiration date 9/2025. No ink!! Printer acknowledges it is HP cartridge and Lo Ink!!!
