Too small
The black ink cartridge is small and when the printer says that the ink is done, it will not do anything! It will not print a green color copy if black is out. The whole machine shuts down until you replace it. You never get a faded black copy! I think I could make a lot more copies with what is left if it would let me. Sometimes a faded copy is better than nothing!

Great customer service
All I needed was the Cyan color ink and did not want to purchase the box with all the colors I usually have had to buy in the past. The sales woman offered to see if she could order me just the Cyan color. She was able to and even saved me money! She went the extra mile for me and I appreciated it. I went from possibly paying $76 to $16. Thanks!

All of the Epson cartridges work fine. I've never had any trouble with any of them and I've gone through a lot of them. The only problem I've ever had was with aftermarket cartridges.

Store vs. online shopping
While I actually still prefer going into a store, individual color ink cartridges for my old Epson are no longer available. I knew I had to try to order online. It was very easy and this experience will help me get over my ordering goods sight unseen phobia. The cartridge works fine and was delivered in a timely manner.
