Too small
The black ink cartridge is small and when the printer says that the ink is done, it will not do anything! It will not print a green color copy if black is out. The whole machine shuts down until you replace it. You never get a faded black copy! I think I could make a lot more copies with what is left if it would let me. Sometimes a faded copy is better than nothing!

Convenient & Reasonable
No longer carried in store, but very easy to order online. Price was good too. And Staples employee very helpful. I will definitely recommend, and use Staples more often. I have an older Epson printer and it prints great, so I want to keep it as long as possible.
