Not happy
I dislike the fact that I have a machine that will not run when one color runs out. In the future I will be more careful in picking a product that better suits my needs when printing.

Good product long delivery
Overall the product was fine, but shipment from Staples took way too long. It took several days just to get it to the post office. Glad I didn’t need it in a hurry!

I do not print very much, so I buy genuine Epson ink because the photos come out very nicely.

I was able to return the item which did not work. Buying three when only one is needed seems wrong. I need 68 or 69 and tried the 79 which looks much the same- why can this be purchased singly??

Eason Type 79 ink cartridges
Seems to do what it needs to do. I will say that these cartridges can sit for a significant amount of time in the printer without being used and still function properly.

Actually Replaced all Six Colours
I have all six replacement ink cartridges into my Epson Stylus Photo 1400 printer. The printer is now doing a great job printing what it was designed to do.

Review of Epson 79 ink cartridges
Worked flawlessly, as usual. I ONLY use real Epson cartridges in my Artisan 1430. Third party inks will only give headaches and less than optimal performance if you're interested in fine quality photographs. .

For Old Reliable
The 79 ink Cartridges are the only thing I will use in my 10-year old Epson Stylus 1430 long- carriage printer! The quality of Epson ink provides the best quality photograph printing possible in a non-professional printer. I always order from Staples because of their quick delivery!

overpriced ink for unfinished product still better than previous loss leader biz model
way too expensive and the printer smudges the copy with it. The design needs improvement, the nozzle cleaning should be an automatic cycle

Ink Cost
It is an ink cartridge. It works. For what you get, it is expensive. You guys are competitive in pricing but buying ink cartridges are up there with cable tv, car salesmen, lawyers and congress critters. It ain't fun dealing with any of them.

Local and Effective
Helpful and effective personnel at the nearby Staple. It is pleasant to count wit the local store. The ink for my printers has been there and very rarely I have to order online to a different supplier.

Staples has become backup, no longer primary ink supplier
Since you've increased your prices over what other area suppliers sell the same #79 Epson ink cartridges for, you are no longer my primary supplier. I now pay about 40% less for per cartridge 6 pack cartridge set for the same EOM high capacity cartridges than I'd pay you. Your pricing drove me away.
