Not happy
I dislike the fact that I have a machine that will not run when one color runs out. In the future I will be more careful in picking a product that better suits my needs when printing.

Great Service at Coleman, SJ location
I normally do not visit this shop, but was in the area and wanted to recycle some ink cartridges. The manager was very friendly and extremely helpful. I did need some ink but many brands you need to order online and then pickup in store or pay for shipping. She checked to see if they may of had the ink I needed and them gave me other options to get it mailed to my home ...

Excellent ink cartridge
After getting a faulty batch of ink cartridges thru the smiley face behemoth I had to order a new black ink cartridge from a more trusted source. Staples delivered and this ink cartridge works as it should.

It fits my printer
What can you say about an ink cartridge? It fit the printer, as one would expect. Its expiration date is more than 2 years hence, which is good. I bought it in store, so paid extra vs on-line.
