Not happy
I dislike the fact that I have a machine that will not run when one color runs out. In the future I will be more careful in picking a product that better suits my needs when printing.

Price is high but service can’t be beat!
My Epson 1400 must be over 10 years old but so long as I can continue to find ink, it’s my baby. So far, Staples, online, is the one place I can go, where I am guaranteed to find what I need! Thanks.

Great inks great service

The cartridges are not recognized by the printer. I wish these companies would not put chips in ink cartridges.🤦🏻♂️

Ink needed,
The ink cartridge is fine, no problem. Finding it took a while, employee “trying to” help, had no clue on how to read the numbers corresponding with the empty I brought in. Tip : look for the little booklet on the display, if in doubt.

this item is now being marked up above the manufacturer's recommended retail price, a departure from Staples former policy. I will now purchase Epson inks directly from Epson for less and pay nothing for free delivery.
