I CAN HEAR!!!
this a great product. I have bilateral hearing aids and found it hard to hear on a regular phone receiver due to feed back for the hearing aids this is a great help

Does not meet expectations
I ordered this because phone required it. Ordered with the phone. The phone is not compatible and now I cannot use this headset but have returned the phone. Waste of money for a small business.

Works for years and years
I have been buying this amplifier to use with our Plantronics headsets for years. I have had mine for a long time. the only negative is the battery cover and access cover to adjust telephone compatibility modules and speaking volume are difficult to remove. Luckily you don't need to fiddle with the covers often. Good product all around.

Plantronics M22 Headset Amplifier works great with Plantronics quick disconnect headset
A must have for clear conversations on your landline as well as your smart phone. I have a Plantronics headset with a quick disconnect cable so to use them with the M22 Amplifier I bought a coiled quick disconnect cable with an RJ11 connector and also another quick disconnect cable with a 3.5 mm audio connector to plug into my iPhone. Works great!

This is a good product
Callers say we sound far away and have a difficult time hearing even when it is turned up all the way and when mouth piece is adjusted.
