Thought of buying a new Brother laser printer but decided to buy the drum unit instead for our 8 year old printer. We just bought 4 new color cartridges. Remanufactured
This was a remanufactured toner. Lasted about 100 pages then went dead. Never again

Error
The printer said there was a drum would need to be replaced. I replaced it and the error message is still there.

Something is wrong
I changed my toner and now all the toner is spilling out. Whenever I print something there is mixed color toner all down the sides of the document. I think something is wrong or they are defected.

A very dinged up original box but cartridge packaging seems intact
It will be several weeks possibly months before I need to install this toner cartridge so hope it's only its original box that is very shopworn. Shipping time was fast.

Buying the product was fast and easy.
It seems to work so far. The printer doesn't do a calibration but that may be my fault. It work as if it was new.

Toner Great, but InkJet cartridge was dry
I ordered toner for our copier; everything was fine with it, but I also ordered a couple of cartridges for my inkjet printer. Both cartridges were completely dry. They would not print at all.
