Good purchase/Excellent Service
Purchased a replacement cartridge- had to exchange for a different one. Customer service accomplished everything with no problems. Great folks to work with!

expiration date causes ink to be wasted
These cartridges seem to expire long before the ink is gone. The plotter won't print with expired cartridges. Seems like a bad design and certainly is wasteful.

Unfriendly website
It is very surprising that HP, with all its resources, has developed this incredibly user unfriendly website. I just ordered 2 cartridges and my order is complete. I spent less than two minutes placing the two items in my cart and more than 20 minutes to achieve check out. Consistency of product and service awesome!
Excellent product, great shelf life direct from HP! I use to order inks from a 3rd party vendor, no more. Very happy with HP.
