Good purchase/Excellent Service
Purchased a replacement cartridge- had to exchange for a different one. Customer service accomplished everything with no problems. Great folks to work with!

expiration date causes ink to be wasted
These cartridges seem to expire long before the ink is gone. The plotter won't print with expired cartridges. Seems like a bad design and certainly is wasteful.

Very Vivid
Always appreciate how quickly quill had met our needs in the past they actually had the blue we wanted which was this one. this is a very nice blue whether you are doing posters or prints, completely helpful A+++ on the product and quick ship from quill will remain and stick with quill in the future
