Xerox products are the way to go
Don't settle for the off brands. I only trust my equipment with products made by the original manufacturer. On the occasion that I have had an issue with their products, Xerox has always come through and provided reasonable retribution. Yes, it does cost more however it is work it and it will keep the warranty up on your equipment by using manufacturer products.

If you are sensitive to the chemicals frequently emitted by printers, this one is for you. It's located in the main room of our office and has to be completely odorless, and it is. The copies are crisp, printed dry so no smearing, and beautiful color. Not so great: the fact that it's hard to write over a print made with wax. The cost.
