Great Chair for HEAVY usage!!
This is the second chair that I have bought for a large employees. The first one lasted 5years. The employee is 500#+ and sits in the chair for 8 hours plus a day. The structure of the first chair is still in great shape but the cushioning has been worn flat.

Chair Fine / Delivery Poor
The chair is FINE -- although the assembly intructions are POOR (no real explaination of what is suppose to happen -- just very generic graphics) -- and you need two reasonably strong humans to FORCE the seat and back together while you tighten the down the bolts - the 800 number and office are a 9-5 weekday thing AND not really helpful.

I would buy them again....
If anything ever happened to the two chairs I bought, I would replace them with the same style chairs. They are everything that I wanted in an office chair.
